This set of 16 emotion cards reflects the 16 common emotions kids experience and need practice identifying. These are the ones that tend to lead to some of the bigger behaviors.
Before a child is able to communicate their feelings, they need to learn what the emotions look like in others and how it feels in their own bodies. Only after that will they start building the vocabulary, necessary for them to "use your words".
This set includes a list of activities and games you can play with these cards. We also use them quite a bit in the Earlybird Activity Library.
Each card measures 2.5" x 3.5" and is printed on 130lb card stock. Cards are UV coated (for sticky hands) with rounded edges and packaged in a linen drawstring bag.
